The Board of Directors of the MN Lions Childhood Cancer Foundation have established a matching grant program for families dealing with childhood cancer. The Foundation will match funds donated by a local Lions Club to a family up to $500.
(This is a match program. If the Club donates $200, the Foundation match is $200.)
As of April 1, 2022, the Foundation has matched donations for five Lions Clubs, contributing a total of $2500 to families in need.
We would like to do more!
(Actually, we’d like to do none – that would mean no children suffering from cancer.)
Clubs who are interested in participating in this program are encouraged to contact your District Director for more information.
