The First Five Years
The Minnesota Lions Childhood Cancer Foundation (MLCCF) completed its fifth year of operation during the past year, marking a transition from foundational development to a phase of growth and long-term sustainability.

Past 12 Months
Over the past 12 months, MLCCF has continued to strengthen its partnership with the University of Minnesota, with direct impact at Masonic Children’s Hospital. The foundation remains focused on its long-term goal of providing $1 million in cumulative support to Masonic Children’s Hospital to advance childhood cancer research and care.
Our Goal
It’s about the kids.
That simple phrase has been at the heart of the Minnesota Lions Childhood Cancer Foundation (MLCCF) from the beginning—and it was especially meaningful on September 22 when we celebrated a major milestone at Masonic Children’s Hospital.
The Minnesota Lions Childhood Cancer Foundation has now provided more than $1 million in cumulative support to the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital’s Childhood Cancer Survivor Program.

Over the years, clubs have held fundraisers, made donations, sponsored events and found countless creative ways to support children and families affected by childhood cancer. Every golf tournament, rodeo, community fundraiser, Believe Award and individual contribution has helped bring us to this moment.

Our partnership with Masonic Children’s Hospital supports important work in childhood cancer survivorship and research. The generosity of Minnesota Lions is helping researchers and medical professionals continue their efforts to improve the lives of children who have battled cancer and the families who walk beside them.
As we celebrated the $1 million milestone, we were reminded that this isn’t simply about a number on a wall. It’s about the children behind that number—and about giving them better opportunities for healthier futures.
